phone's service provider.

3. CalendarDummy.com reserves the right to change any or all of this privacy policy. Any changes made will be posted under the Terms and
Conditions section of the site. All users of the site agree to this privacy policy. All users of the site are also bound by the terms of service
(below). These terms of service (TOS) are a binding contract between the user and the site.

Information Collected

4. CalendarDummy.com gathers only what information is necessary for completion of the text messaging and e-mail service. Information is used
soley for transmitting text messages and/or e-mails, and will not be sold or shared with any 3rd parties. In addition, CalendarDummy.com may gather broad statistical information such as (but not limited to) number of website visits, page views, ad clicks, number of messages sent, and popularity of cell phone providers. This information is used to help us better understand how users use our site, as well as to help us choose which sponsor ads to display on the site.
5. While we may track site usage, we in no way relate this usage to any users in particular. Cell phone numbers and or e-mail addresses are in no
way related to any site statistics, or usage, and are soley used for sending solicted text-messages and/or e-mails. CalendarDummy.com will NOT send unsolicited text-messages or phone calls to any acquired cell phone numbers. At no time will cell phone numbers and/or e-mail addresses be sold, traded, exchanged, or given to any other 3rd party.
6. CalendarDummy.com reserves the right to disclose any information to courts or law enforcement agencies if presented with a subpoena (or at
CalendarDummy.com's sole discretion when such disclosure is necessary to bring legal action against any persons or parties found to be in violation of the TOS, using the site to cause harm to others, or violating the legal rights of CalendarDummy.com or others).
7. CalendarDummy.com will not release any personal contact information to advertisers or other third parties without your prior approval.
8. CalendarDummy.com uses the latest and greatest security techniques, but cannot completely guarantee absolute protection of this information
given the open nature of the world wide web.

Terms of Service

1. Users of the site are bound by the following terms of service, which may be changed anytime at the sole discretion of CalendarDummy.com. The
latest version and date will be posted on this site. Continued usage of the service implies acceptance of the TOS.
2. This service allows users to send and receive SMS text messages on cell phones and/or e-mail alerts. From now on both the sender and
recipient will be called "the user".
3. The content of text messages do not reflect the views of CalendarDummy.com. CalendarDummy.com will NOT read, scan, monitor, alter, or
filter any text/e-mail messages, and all message content is the sole responsibility of the sender, even if it is offensive or objectionable.
4. CalendarDummy.com reserves the right to add advertisement to any text messages and/or e-mails sent. However, CalendarDummy.com will
only attach advertisement to the bottom of any text/e-mail alert the user has already agreed to.
5. By agreeing to these TOS, you hereby give permission to CalendarDummy.com to send solicited e-mails to your e-mail account and/or cell
phone via text messaging. However, all solicited alerts will be sent along with your pre-registered dates on your CalendarDummy.com calendar.
6. Any and all solicited alerts will be sent by CalenarDummy.com and not directly from our advertisers. All personal information; email address,
phone number etc. will never be shared or delivered to any of our site advertisers. Your privacy is important to us.
7. CalendarDummy.com assumes no liability or responsibility for the content of messages, or any decisions, actions or events that may occur as a
result of using this service.
8. ALL STANDARD TEXT MESSAGING RATES APPLY. The user of this site is responsible for all payments incurred by their cell phone provider's text
messaging rates. CalendarDummy.com is in no way liable to repay expenditures incurred by the user going over their allotted text messaging rates.
9. CalendarDummy.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add promotional messages and/or notices about the Service, the Site or
related matters in all or some of the messages transmitted.
10. A user may not (in any way whatsoever) use the service to transmit:
  • Spam, junk email, bulk email, promotions, or other solicitations
  • Content that includes any advertising or marketing materials
  • Content that may be deemed unlawful, threatening, harassing, racist, abusive, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, vulgar,
    indecent, or otherwise inappropriate, including any messages consituting or encouraging criminal conduct.
  • Content that violates or infringes on the legal rights or copyrights of others
  • Viruses, worms, bugs, or any other computer code that may harm a network, server, computer, software, hardware, or telephone
    • equipment
    11. A user also agrees not to use the service to attempt to or stalk another person, impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent his/her
    identity
    12. CalendarDummy.com may (at it's discretion) establish general limits concerning number or (or frequency of) messages sent
    13. CalendarDummy.com reserves the right to publicly display, or hand over to law enforcement, the information of those found to be in violation
    of these TOS
    14. This site is not responsible for any alerts sent to cause harm to another person. All content of message alerts is the sole responsibility of the
    site user
    15. The service is not intended for time critical, lifesaving, investing, or other "important" messages and CalendarDummy.com shall not be
    responsible or liable for any decisions, actions, or events based on text messages/e-mails, or the failure of delivery of any text messages and/or e-mails.
    16. CalendarDummy.com is not responsible for any reminders not sent due to cell phone provider problems, web problems or any glitch with our
    system. The sole purpose of this site is a fun way to remember important dates in your life. This site is for entertainment purposes only.
